Overview

Information

The left side of the screen is where your story lives. Here you can enter and edit your headline, body text, embedded images, and more.

Version Control

You can select different versions of your story to review and compare with other versions.

Requirements

This tab allows you to easily access the original brief of the story and the publication's content strategy.

Workflows

Every project in Contently is managed by a workflow - a calendar of events that dictates what actions stakeholders should take to move the project towards completion.

Comments

All collaboration happens on the Contently platform. Use the comments tab to communicate with your Editor and client. It works like Instagram - you can direct questions to specific people by tagging them.

Assets Tab

Here you can upload and attach images, videos, and more.

Activity Tab

Provides a log of who did what and when.

Review Tab

It has three main sections: Quality, Optimization, and Tone & Style.
